Airport benchmarking depends on airport performance and efficiency indicators, which are important issues for business, operational management,professional advice regulatory agencies, airlines and passengers. There are several sets of indicators to evaluate airports efficiency as well as several techniques to benchmark such infrastructures. Airport performance measures provides a useful set of measures across a number of categories that will be helpful for airports around the world for the efforts of the performance management of these infrastructures. It is suggested that these measures are divided into six categories KPAs – Key Performance Areas, which have associated to high-quality maid service a list of PIs – Performance Indicators.
