Abstract
This paper relates to an issue of the most importance to the Airport stakeholders. Airport performance measures are important for day to day business and operational management, regulatory bodies, Government and other stakeholders such as passengers and airline. Using MacBeth (measuring attractiveness by a categorical based evaluation technique) which is a MCDA (Muti-Criteria decision analysis) approach, the goal of this study is do an Airport Benchmarking based in the Airside that can provide the same results when compared to other Benchmarking studies “in the market”.
